Process

Binder coating to fabric leads to feeding pile after which the residual pile is collected in the pre drying phase with heat setting and brushing followed by inspection and packaging of the final product.

Kinds of Flocking Pile Fabrics

Flocking on fabrics can be done in two ways:

• Either it can be done all over or it can be done in a required pattern on the fabric.

Length of Pile to be Used 0.2mm - 10mm
Kinds of Pile Rayon (0.3 - 1.5mm for garments)
Nylon (0.5 - 1.0mm for garments and shoes, 2 - 10mm for car sheets etc.)
Kind of Binder Softening and anti-washable binder is used for this which is also the emulsion type.
